We’ve been providing safe, secure storage experiences to
our community since 1988. Over the years we have had the opportunity to
learn a lot about our customers. Folks who store household items between

One of the most important lessons we have learned is to
“listen carefully” to our customers to make sure that they have the

Our new on-site Rental Office is available to all of our
customers from 9 to 5 (unless we are at lunch, at the bank or visiting
the post office). Sometimes even later. If we are at the office, we
encourage you to stop in. There is a clean rest room for your use. We
have installed a computer for our customers who need to check their
email, send an email message or to simply surf the Web looking for a
solution to any question or problem that may arise. We have a fridge
with cold soda and a coffee pot will be on, especially during colder
weather! Help yourself. No charge.
You’ll never need an appointment at Machesney Mini
Warehouses. We feature a 24/7 Customer Service Center installed outside
of our Rental Office. At the Insomniac 700, with easy to use touch
screen technology, you can rent a storage unit, modify your account,
retrieve your access gate code, purchase a high quality Chateau X Type
Lock and you can even use it to make monthly rental payments. It accepts
all major credit cards, your personal or business check and cash.
When we say we are open 24/7, we really mean it!!!
