unique Customer
Service Center located outside the Rental Office. At the 24/7 Customer
Service Center you can, regardless of the time of day or night, rent a
storage unit, make a rental payment (cash, credit cards or check
accepted), modify your account, check the status of your storage account
or even purchase a high quality Chateau X Type lock.
In short, you can do business when it is convenient for you. No
appointments are ever necessary. You’ll never again be frustrated by
stopping during regular business hours only to find that the office is
closed because the manager is either at the bank, at lunch or out on the
premises attending to other business.
There’s more. We are security fenced with an electronic
access gate. This means the unwanted visitors are kept out. On top of
this, we have 24/7 digital surveillance cameras constantly monitoring the premises We want to know who has been in and out.
And our Rental Office is open to you (when we are there,
generally between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.). If you call us, we’ll answer
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. (or get back to you very
quickly!) We have coffee on for those colder Fall and Winter days when
you need to visit your storage unit. Cold soda, cookies and candy are in
the office and are Free! (You may have to visit for a moment to “earn”
your freebie!)
We have a computer available for our customers who need
to check their email, send a message or simply to surf the Net to find
an answer to a question. We really like it when you find the time to
stop in and visit.
